What a Fabulous weekend.
Speacial Thanks goes out to My Family for all of their support this year, with competitions and helping. I would also like to thank Dave Palumbo for my competition prep. Thanks Colette for fixin' me up.
All the hard dieting and many hours of cardio has paid off. I am very pleased with the way I looked and the outcome of the competition.
Congrats to Lora on winning Nationals.

Thank You everyone for all of your support, and speacial thanks to My Crazy Co-Workers for watching after the gym for me. I don't know how I could do it without you all.
