first pro show.

Things are going great. Having a great off season. Not sure when I will be competing next. Here are a few pictures from my photo shoot with Dan Ray from Species Nutrition and Muscular Development. These were taken after I competed in the Tampa Pro. I placed 8th. I was very pleased with this finish as it was my first pro show. I had the time of my life. It was WONDERFUL!!

I haven`t written forever.
Things have been very busy. I have had so much to do with my gymnastics facility and preping the girls for competition. The competition season has been a very successful one. I am very proud to call them my team. The team girls are wonderful.
Mothers day was yesterday. That to was CRAZY!! I have everything I want from my children...They are my world....so Happy Mothers Day to all who have children.

Well since Nationals not much going on in the ways of deiting. .......Until today!!! My husband and I just got back from the NY PRO show were I worked the SPECIES booth. Check out all the products available at http://www.speciesnutrition.com/.... They are incredible. Love the clothes TOO!!!
I have started dieting for the next big pro show to be held in Tampa......my pro debut!!! How exciting!

Celebration!

PARTAY!!
I had an amazing weekend last week!
My Family, Friends, and Myself had a great time rewarding ourselves for my success haha. We all celebrated through the whole weekend. Oh My was it great! I even had the pleasure of sharing our celebration with people I didn't even know, haha. They were great! Thank you!

We started our celebration Saturday evening at The Joint This is a local bar and restaurant in the South Cape. That was where it all began but we moved our party on down at the end of the night to Club Pearl which recently opened in Big John's plaza. We danced the night away there for the rest of the night! Needless to say I had a FABULOUS NIGHT!!! OH YEAH!! =)....

and of course.. GATORS WON!! YEAH BABY!!
My weekend could not have been any better haha.

Pro Baby!

Dallas!!!!
We arrived in Dallas on Weds the 14th.
Ready for everything that was about to happen. Feeling great, I went to check in at the host hotel and at that moment i wasn`t feeling so great. Long story short we switch to a hotel down the interstate that was equiped with everything I needed. Then it was on!!!!

I was ready again! Thursday, I went to weigh-ins arrived on time to wait as usual... Weighing in at 149. I felt really good. I was now ready to start my prep with food.
Friday was tanning, eating, resting and eating some more.
Saturday morning arrives and not much sleep from the night before, make-up , hair and food once again. I was PERFECT!!!!
If there is such a thing as being in the ZONE I was there. FOCUSED!!!!
That was what Dave and Colette said. Then, went to prejudging, got called out first, did comparisons, and was feeling wonderful.

Night Show : MY ROUTINE ROCKED!!!!!!!
Colette made my music for me.....80`s...KIICK ASS!! The waiting for the trophies was exhausting.....BUT WELL WORTH IT!!!

I haven`t stopped smiling yet. IFBB PRO!!!!!!

it has been so long!

OMG!!!!! It has been a very long time........SORRY!!!

I think the last time I blogged was before the USA's.
Well I competed at the USA!!!Placed 4th in the Light-heavies....It was a great showing, but a couple weeks later I competed at the North American`s and went up a weightclass and competed in the Heavies.
This seemed to be a better showing I placed 2nd actually tied for first, but recieved 2nd because of the score cards. I am very excited about how well I did!
I want to thank everyone who has given me their support.( Dave Palumbo, Colette. , Mark and Mandi, and everyone back at my gym who run's it for me when I am away)

I really want to Thank my husband Matt, because I would not be able to do it without you!!!

I am currently dieting for the Nationals. This is a little over 7wks away.
So......... I am off to do cardio.

Rough and Ready!

Sorry, Long time no talk. I am so sorry!!!
Just been very busy with the gym. The girls had been preparing for Nationals. They had competed two weeks ago. They did WONDERFUL! I had a couple gold winners and other girls placed on events. And now that summer is here I am here all the time. The camp is running great. I have two new camp directors and they are doing a incredible job. The kids are liking them a lot. So days have been LONG.


Well......
Getting ready for the USA. That has been just as hard. Doing cardio and training has been tough. Being up early and going to bed late. Taking next week off before leaving should help a little; I am excited and prepared. Dave Palumbo has worked with me on my prep again, and I think we have it down...No, I KNOW WE HAVE IT DOWN!! Thank you Dave. Also Colette will be doing my hair and make-up again. I will be stunning thanks to her.







This weekend was wonderful for my husband.
2 of his clients competed in the Southern States Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships in Ft. Lauderdale. His 50yr lady won her division. She looked great!!!




And his fitness competitor took 3rd and qualified for Nationals.We also got to spend time with one of our very good friends Victor Martinez. That was a blast!!!



I am hoping to update the website everyday till I compete in Vegas. Thank you all for your support.

New New's

Long time no speak, huh!?

I apologize about that! I will have you know for the record, although it has been awhile I have been just fine. I started training again with my husband about two and a half weeks ago. I have started diet plans for U.S.A's with Dave Palumbo. So far so good but as usual I am certain to get tired of it sooner or later. But I will be hustlin' and bustlin' this season to get myself into tip top shape, you can be expecting great things from this gal :).

Okay than, enough about me and my workout. I have plenty of news to announce about my girls!

All of my gymnast's are in the midde of Competition Season and for some of them this is only their first season. They have come light years from where they started and have met more than the expectation. They are now preparing for States which will take place in Lakeland, FL on April the 27th and 28th, 2007. I am so very proud of all my gymnasts, and cannot wait for states.
